If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (minus shipping, if applicable).

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused and in their original condition.

• You must provide proof of purchase.

How to return:

1. Email us at info@hipnester.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. We’ll provide instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable).

3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue your refund.

Exchanges:
We don’t offer direct exchanges at this time. Please return your item and place a new order.

Final sale items:
Certain items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned.
